Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Drivse ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

How can I track the status of my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For white-glove delivery items, our carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.

Yes, all Drivse furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
